After eating an egg salad sandwich today, of course, I got to thinking. (I tend to think to much after this...) Where do you take your first bite on a sandwich? I'm talking about square bread here not your typical burger bun. I tend to start on a corner.Another mundane question... Do you peel the crust away before the bite? or do you eat the crust.
